Craig Anthony, MBA, is the founder and strategic leader behind Gulf Coast Holdings GRP LLC. An accomplished financial executive, entrepreneur, and U.S. Army veteran, Craig brings extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, operational leadership, and strategic business growth.

Throughout his career, Craig has served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple mid-market companies, specializing in M&A preparation, financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal execution through the closing table. His experience includes successfully completing M&A transactions valued at up to $100 million. He is particularly passionate about helping founder-led businesses maximize enterprise value, strengthen financial performance, and achieve the valuations they deserve when preparing for investment, acquisition, or exit.

As a U.S. Army veteran, Craig developed a leadership philosophy rooted in accountability, integrity, discipline, and decisive execution. His military service included overseeing personnel, coordinating mission-critical decisions, and leading operations in high-threat environments. These experiences continue to shape his approach to executive leadership, risk management, and navigating complex business challenges.

Today, Craig provides strategic oversight across Gulf Coast Holdings GRP LLC's portfolio of businesses and interests, spanning financial consulting, luxury automotive rentals, consumer products, and real estate.
